DESCRIPTION:We are excited to introduce a new hospitalist program designed to strengthen the care our patients receive while in the hospital. Hospitalists are physicians who care for patients throughout their hospital stay\, providing dedicated\, coordinated medical care from admission through discharge. Working closely with nurses\, specialists\, and the primary care physicians of Nix Family Medicine and Davis Family Medicine\, our hospitalist team will help them provide continuity of care within the hospital while maintaining an important connection with OUR physicians who know OUR patients and OUR community.
