ConnectHER Women's Conference presented by Coosa Valley Medical Center

The Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce invites women of all ages and stages of life to attend the 2026 connectHER Women’s Conference, presented by Coosa Valley Medical Center, on Friday, October 16, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Grab your girlfriends and get ready for the ultimate girls’ day! This year’s connectHER Women’s Conference is Pep Talks & PJs: a cozy, fun-filled morning designed to bring women of all ages and stages of life together for real conversations, meaningful encouragement, plenty of laughs, and a little time to simply enjoy being together.

Instead of long presentations, you’ll hear a series of short, “pep talks” covering the things women are actually talking about—from contentment and burnout to changing seasons, new beginnings, wisdom, wellness, and the legacies we’re creating along the way.

Whether you’re 20, 40, 60, or somewhere beyond or in between, there’s a seat for you.

Come as you are. We’ve been saving you a spot on the couch.

Tickets include: admission, bag, conference notebook, breakfast, snacks, and lunch.
