In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, join us as we explore the importance of mental wellness for individuals of all ages and backgrounds, highlighting how communities can play a crucial role in fostering a culture of support and understanding. Lindsey Wesson, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and Misty Swain, a Master of Social Work, will provide insight into common mental health challenges, teach you how to recognize signs of emotional distress, and share practical ways to offer support, whether as a friend, family member, caregiver, or community partner. We will also introduce our new OB/GYN, Dr. Saul J. Weinreb! He will join us for a Meet & Greet from 11:30 to 12 PM.
