The Sylacauga Parks and Recreation will begin offering craft classes for adults on Thursdays at 6:00 PM! Join us on Thursday, July 6 for our first class with Ms. Jodi Courington. For the month of July, she will be doing “Christmas in July” projects to get you geared up for the holiday season. Classes will include Christmas cards (July 6), modge podge on wood tutorial with earrings and ornaments (July 13), Christmas ornaments (July 20), and wood gnomes (July 27). 

The first class on July 6 will cover card-making. Students will create four different Christmas cards all with assorted fun folds! The class will take place at 6:00 PM at the J. Craig Smith Community Center. Guests are asked to pre-register for the class. The cost to register is $10 and can be paid online at Sylacauga.Recdesk.com, over-the-phone by calling 256.249.8561, or in-person at the J. Craig Smith Community Center.
