The Teen Advisory Council (TAC) was formed in 1989 at the B.B. Comer Memorial Library. The group was formed in order to provide the library with feedback about its services to the young adult age group, but more specifically, how these services could be improved. The members of the group come from various area schools and are between the ages of 12 and 18. TAC meets twice a month for special programs and to discuss books and other topics of interest. The highlight of the program on this day is "Weird History." History is full of strange-but-true happenings. Come and learn about some of the weirdest historical facts that will leave you scratching your head.
